Overview

Arphie is an AI-native knowledge-activation and response platform for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and security questionnaires. It connects to approved live sources instead of relying only on a static Q&A library, drafts responses with citations and confidence levels, and supports human review and sign-off. Founded in 2023 in San Francisco, Arphie's latest publicly confirmed funding remains the $2.9 million seed round announced in November 2024.

Integrations

Current public integrations include Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box, Notion, Confluence, Seismic, Highspot, Vanta, Slack, Front, websites, and Arphie MCP for tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. Enterprise SSO supports SAML 2.0 and Google authentication with Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure, and ADFS. A general public API is not documented.

Security & Compliance

Arphie's security page confirms annual SOC 2 Type 2 audits, annual third-party penetration testing, TLS 1.2 in transit, AES-256 at rest, data segregation, role-based permissions, and Zero Data Retention agreements with model providers. Enterprise SSO is available. A current first-party comparison page says customer data is hosted in the United States on AWS. SCIM is not publicly documented.

Pricing

Arphie does not publish list prices. Current first-party material describes pricing by concurrent projects rather than seats, with unlimited users at every tier and all core capabilities included; SSO and premium support may cost extra. G2 currently marks a free trial as available, but Arphie does not publish the duration or trial terms.

Best For

Arphie fits mid-market and enterprise response teams that want source-transparent AI, unlimited collaborators, and live knowledge integrations across proposal, presales, investor-relations, and security workflows.

Considerations

List prices, project allowances, trial terms, a public API, and SCIM are not publicly documented. Current G2 reviews are strong but still limited in volume; reported gaps include export/formatting issues, bugs, maturing reporting, and no native mobile experience.
