Steerlab's primary security page states that the service is SOC 2 assessed across all five Trust Services Criteria, but it does not identify the report as Type I or Type II. A March 2026 first-party buyer guide calls it SOC 2 Type II, and the seller-authored G2 profile also claims ISO 27001. Because those claims are not corroborated on the primary security page, this directory records SOC 2 without a type and does not present ISO 27001 as verified.

The security page confirms AES-256 encryption at rest, SSL/TLS 1.2 in transit, AWS hosting in European regions, logical tenant isolation, SSO/MFA support, and fine-grained roles. SCIM provisioning and audit-log availability were not publicly confirmed.

Steerlab does not publish paid plan names, prices, billing terms, or a trial duration. Its current start form explicitly offers a free trial with no credit card, and the main site says the first RFP or questionnaire is free. Considerations

Pricing and commercial terms are not public. The primary security page does not resolve the SOC 2 report type or corroborate the ISO 27001 claim shown elsewhere. API, SCIM, and audit-log availability should be confirmed during procurement. Steerlab is also a younger vendor than Loopio or Responsive, so buyers should evaluate implementation support, roadmap fit, and contractual safeguards alongside product capability.
